Once again, Mike Springer led off with some stunning magic tricks (how do he do that?) as well as eating and breathing fire (there is something wrong with that boy). Kids, don't ever try this at home without professional supervision and a fire extinguisher handy.

Voodoo DeVille kicked off the music and played throughout the evening. Here, Pops shows off his new Pork Pie hat during Flip, Flop, and Fly. With that hat on, we're not sure if Pops looks more like Thelonius Monk or Boy George.

Tim Kettlety of Fujirebio Diagnostic played guitar and sang a couple of sets. He proved once and for all that there are a number of songs with more than 3 chords. How does he remember them all? As an added bonus, Tim's entourage helped fill the place up.

Tony Ryan, from the band Woodshed, sat in for a few songs on harp. He showed Pops & Stacks what a real harp player sounds like. Nice job Tony.

Carol Dolan from Mary Kay stepped up and did a great job. She only did one song, but she nailed it. The band got together and voted her the best dressed performer -- we're all suckers for leather pants.

One of the real treats was to have James "Doc" White sit in on bass. Doc plays throughout the Philadelphia area. He plays regularly in the Zachary Rhodes Band, Contagious, and too many other bands to mention by name. When he plays, he brings on the funk. Here he does a little Walkin' the Dog. T-Bone, you did take notes didn't you?

Stephanie Kasuska, backed up by the Professor on the keyboard, did Whitney Houston proud. She was a little nervous before she stepped up, but you sure couldn't tell it once she started singing. Very nice Stephanie!
We also had the pleasure of once again having Liz Rogers Wolfram do her usual outstanding rendition of Sara McLachlan's Angel. Unfortunately, the camera was moving when her picture was taken, so we don't have a picture of her here. However, you can click here to find out more about Liz's music and her CD on mp3.com.

This was a brand new act called Rubber Tired Hack. They did a few traditional blues songs as well as Ike Turner's Rocket 88. They're just starting out and we wish them luck (they appear to need it). These boys sure look familiar though.
