Flash
Director of Photography
|
The popular but none-too-swift Director of Photography, nicknamed "Flash" (for the same reason that fat kids pick up names like "tiny") is always on hand to catch those candid photos that populate the tabloids as well as our web page. Early in the evening the band affectionately refers to him as "the flash-ster". After a few to many beers it inevitably sounds like "our flasher"
Flash joined the Voodoo DeVille staff in order to document the arc of the bands evolution for posterity -- kind of Spinal Tap for the blues. We can imagine a Ken Burns style documentary in the future using Flash's photographs. There would be voice overs with famous actors speaking for members of the band. Perhaps McCaulay Caulkin for Stacks, Martha Stewart for Plowboy, Pee Wee Herman for Rooster, James Earl Jones for the Delaware Destroyer, Dennis Franz for T-Bone, and Skippy the Wonder Chimp for Pops.
More to come on Flash's Matthew Brady-esque career in photography...
